We offer for rent a south, warm and cozy 2-bedroom apartment in a new building with a beautiful landscaped yard with BARBEQUE and Swimming Pool on a small and quiet street. The apartment is rented fully furnished, including a TV and air conditioning in each of the rooms. It consists of 2 identical sized bedrooms, furnished with bedding, bedside tables and wardrobes, spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area, bathroom with toilet, entrance hall and terrace overlooking Vitosha Mountain and the landscaped courtyard. The kitchenette is furnished with all necessary electrical appliances. There is a possibility of placing a dishwasher as well as other additional improvements in the apartment on the part of the owner. The heating in the apartment is on gas, the bills being very low because of the south exposure and the very good insulation of the building. The building also has video surveillance (6 built-in cameras around the estate) and 24-hour live security. A garage can be rented for an additional fee of 50 euro per month.
In the area of the apartment there are many cozy restaurants and cafes, gas station, pharmacy, bank branches and communal bus stops, and Bila and Fantastico supermarkets with easy and quick access from the apartment.
