We are happy to invite owners of Sofia apartments to join our reservation system and use our services as a property management agency.
There are few very important requirements we have for a certain apartment to join our reservation system:
(1) First of all we will give priority to Sofia apartments purchased using the services of our sister company Bulgarian Properties Ltd. See Sofia apartments for sale.
(2) Apartments not purchased via the above real estate agents will be rented only if located in prime location areas of the city and if furnished to the most luxury standards.
(3) We are signing 2 year rental contracts and also 2 year contract for property management with our company Property Management BG Ltd.
(4) Apartments will be managed and maintained by our staff.
(5) Cleaning and washing of linen will be provided by our cleaning ladies on regular basis and after each client checks out.
(6) Advertising and communication with clients/tenants will be handled by our reservation department.
(7) Clients who have booked apartment will be met on Sofia airport/train station and free ride to apartment will be provided by our car and driver.
(8) Clients using the apartments will be registered with the local Police office immediately according to the requirements of the Law.
(9) Monthly cashflow (income and expenses) reports will be prepared and sent to owners of the apartments on regular basis.
(10) Rental profit will be paid to apartment owners on monthly basis by bank draft or other method agreed.
