This shiny apartment is located in one of the best areas of Sofia center. It is less than 5 min walk to the local park, 10 min walk to the Parliament, the magnificent Alexander Nevski Cathedral and Sofia University. Although the apartment is in the very center of the city, it is very calm and quiet. There is a living room with an open-planned kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including microwave, a coffee machine, electric oven with hops, a washing machine with a tumble drier. In the living room there are two sofas at your disposal where you can have chat with friends and family or simply relax in front of the TV and the DVD/CD player. The dining area has a large extending table with chairs which is perfect for a family breakfast or romantic diner. The bar stand made of solid granite separates the kitchen from the dining area and the living room.
Further the apartment comprises two bedrooms – one of them equipped with a queen size bed and the other one – with two singles. There is also a separate luggage room just next to the small bedroom.
