This attractive single bedroom apartment is located at the very central part of Sofia, just 3 minutes walking from the National Palace of Culture and less than a minute walking to Sofia's main shopping street Vitosha Boulevard. Close to shops, restaurants and businesess establishements in our capital, this apartment is located on a quiet street with trees, baker shops, etc.
The apartment has been recently refurbished, newly furnished and equipped with a number of useful facilities such as fully fitted kitchen with all cooking and coffe/tea making facilities and appliances plus washing machine, cable TV, DVD & CD system, queen-size double bed in the bedroom, etc. |

Further there is a folding sofa bed in the living room which enables the use of this apartment by a family with kids or two couples.
Nice balcony overlooks the quiet street and affords glimpses to Vitosha mountain.
The apartment allows maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
Guests should know that the apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building without elevator.
Linen is included. Cleaning and change of linen is provided every 3 days.
