We offer you for rent an apartment in a brand new building in a developing residential area of Sofia. The apartment is fully furnished. It has a large living-room area with two sofas and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utilities - fridge, oven, stove, microwave,etc. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. Both have wardrobes and cupboards. The apartment has air-conditioning in all rooms.

The building is close to Bulgaria Blvd. which has direct and fast access to the center of the city on one side and to Vitosha mountain the other way. It is on a very quiet street. The main disadvantage of the apartment is the roads to there have not being asphalt-paved(you can see the condition of the road on the pictures). The apartment is rented only for long term (min. 12 months) and the price does not include utility bills.
